About this artwork
Hamra National Park, in Ljusdal municipality, was founded in 1909 as a small reserve of old forest and expanded in 2011 to 1,383 hectares of forest, mire and stream. A wide wooden boardwalk leads from the main entrance some 500 metres to the viewpoint at the lake Svansjön, and the park's observation tower opens a wide view over the open mires. The oldest trees in Hamra are around 400 years old, and in August the cloudberries ripen on the bogs.
Every Jason D’s Vision image is an AI-generated artistic interpretation of a real place — original artwork, not a photograph. The label bar on the download may show a creative daylight scenario; that is artistic staging, not a record of a real event.
